Verse peultjes zijn lekker sappig en stevig. Je kunt ze op veel verschillende manieren bereiden. Kook ze kort in de pan, doe ze in een salade of pasta of voeg ze toe aan een heerlijk wokgerecht.

Niçoise with snow peas and garden peas

  1. Use the tip of a sharp knife to poke a few holes in the bag of potatoes. Place the bag for 5 min. in the microwave at 750 watts. Leave for 2 min. rehearsals. Carefully remove the potatoes from the bag and cut them in half lengthwise.
  2. Boil the eggs for 7 min. almost hard. Scare them and peel them. Cook the snow peas with the garden peas for 3 min. Drain in a sieve, rinse cold under running water and drain. Drain the tuna.
  3. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and cut the onion into wafer-thin rings. Put the potatoes, snow peas, peas, tuna, tomatoes and onion in a bowl. Cut the eggs into wedges and put them in the shell with the olives. Drizzle with the vinaigrette.
